I went and bought this reel and put it on a all star rod. This thing is a great reel for the price. I would buy another one if i had enough money. Have any of ya'll tried out this reel?

Haven't had a lot of success with Quantum baitcasters. They didn't last with a lot of use like my other baitcasters have.

I did like some of the spinning reels. The old E-3 and E-5 spinning reels lasted a long time with use. The white E-7 was a piece of junk (IMO) though (or the one I got). I should have sent it back.

Im not to ready to drop the 90 on that reel. Id rather drop the extra 40 or 50 and get an Accurist PT. Something dont seem right with that reel.
