Default 70 hp mercury not getting fuel to number 3 cyl.

My father in law has a mercury 70 hp 1981. We got it running, but number three cyl. will not combuse. We checked for spark and the spark is good. Is there some reason the fuel would get to cyl 1 and 2 but not three.

Thanks

Would be glad to help you out. First I wanna ask what gives you the impression that #3 isnt receiving fuel bud. Also have you run a compression check????
