Default Re: largemouth spawning areas?

Welcome to the forum! Â*

It really depends on water temperature. Â*When it hits about 55 they start moving to deeper water near flats where they spawn. Â*At about 60 they spawn, which is when most sight fishing is done, and post-spawn they move back towards deeper water to feed. Â*In most lakes the NW side of the lake warms first since it gets the most sunlight, I usually start on the NW side of the lake and work my way around to the SE side as the season progresses.
