Need some help
Whats a spot remover?
'' '' '' Spot sticker? '' '' '' tacohead jig? Does clean are dirty water warm faster? I have a conflict going on between 2 of my fishing buddys over that topic, but I personally remember it being the clean water that warms faster. Sorry for all the questions, I'm very curious when I here about lures that I'v never heard about before!!! Thanks ahead of time for any help, PHIL G.

Re: Need some help
I would think clear water would warm faster because sunlight would be able to penetrate the water better thusly warming it faster.

Re: Need some help
Spotsticker and Spot Remover are both jigheads. I have some Spotstickers. They're an ordinary round head with light wire hooks. I believe they're so named because they are alleged to be very good for spotted bass.

Re: Need some help
It is fact that stained or muddy water warms faster because the particles holds the heat. Clear water will be the last to warm up.

Re: Need some help
agreed, darker water holds heat better and warms faster. However if you fish in clear water, look for visible cover to hold heat and warm the water up faster than the surrounding water
