2 hours right after sunup. Wakin' a spinnerbait or a baby 1-minus, maybe a Sammy if it was real calm.

Hey Bassintom great attitude! Any time is a good time for bassin. I think I will give night fishing another try. Except this time I will use a spinning rod instead of my baitcaster.(massive backlashes). And I am going to try a lure I have had in my tackle box for years and never used yes a jitterbug. And thanks for all the replies!

Depends on the season actually, but in the summer when I'm usually out, I'd generally take the last two before sunset. (After sunset the bugs drive me in!)

Especially true on the hot sunny day pressure days. Inside most of the day often times, I'm the kind of guy that wears short sleeves outside in the 40's, so when it is in the 80's I'm inside near the fan

Then in the evening I go outside and it is beautiful and the fish come out.
