All the "S" series, rated for 2-5 ft, were $3.29 each. That's what garry wanted, so that's all I paid attention to. Which ones are you wanting? I'm headed there again tomorrow evening.

Ebay is chock full of tom manns baits as well as academy h20 ones.
Interestingly found this thread by typing in academy h20 crankbaits in a search engine.
They and pointer both make a slimmer shallow runner that works even better, but that works as well in many locations.

Hey I just got ripped off when I bought some on ebay. I live in Iowa along the muddy MO. Would like to get my hands on some of the baits. I even called academy and they wont have the website up until jan. 2011. If you are interested in helping let me know.

Thanks

Do Academy stores usually have a large lure color/model selection? I'm considering a road trip to an academy to pick up a bunch of cranks, but I'm afraid that when I get there, they wont have the colors or models I'm looking for, and I don't want to waist the trip.

The Academy here has about half of an aisle filled with their H2O cranks. Maybe 15 feet long by 6 ft tall. It's a pretty good selection. Your mileage may vary, though.
