When the tourney starts and our rosters are locked in, we'll be able to see who everyone else picked. You can also change your roster up until the tournament starts.

Like Joe said, you won't be able to see our picks until the tournament starts.

Sorry for all the questions but this is new to me as well. Are the names in each bracket definately going to fish that weeks event? What if an angler drops out before it starts? Can you pick weeks in advance or just week by week. I understand our contest(I think) but are we also playing for some kind of Bassmaster prize too?

The anglers and the brackets we pick from now are just for the Classic. All those guys are fishing in the Classic. After each tournament is over, it will reset and we will have until the next event to pick our rosters. The groups will be larger than they are for the Classic. There are twice as many people fishing the Elite series than are fishing the Classic. You can change your guys out up until the tournament starts. When the tournament starts, it will show who everyone picked and it will show the points and place of each angler after each day of competition. When the tournament is over our points will be calculated, added to our total and it will reset and open back up to pick for the next tournament. The anglers in the groups will change after each event, this is different from last year. Guys who are favored for a specific tournament or guys who are on a hot streak will move up to the first groups while guys who have poor history on a given lake or are struggling will slip down.

As far as the prizes, Fantasy Fishing ranks everyone playing, those who are in the top 5 or so per event will get prizes. The person who wins the whole thing will get a boat. You can also join other groups, some of them offer prizes as well. I think you can be in 3 groups total and you fish the same roster for all of them.

I'm in the tacklewarehouse.com group and the gator tackle group. Supposedly they give away prizes every event.

Well I'm now a member of BASS.
Still won't let me register.
Called, no help.
E-mailed, no help.

I'm ready to throw in that towel VanDam is holding in my FIRST digital mag.

Nope, I'm so tired of COMPUTER CHALLENGES!
It's like I'll go years without a single challenge than BAM...turning the fricking thing on, Scares me that some other challenge is going to rear it's head.
I swipe my computer yearly at a minimum, whiping out all temp garbage that accumulates.
Pisses me off because I went and studied up on anglers, called my bookie to see if Vegas had a line, they do, and what the spreads were. Not going to tell because at the current time I'm POUTING!!!

Came back, still pouting but Alton Jones I think was +1450. For non gamblers (smart people ) That means if he wins and you bet a dollar, you get 1450. Crazy odds man. Ya, I put ten on Alton, forget what Van Dam was. This bookie lives in Vegas and says there is little or no action on Classic at most house sport betting. Alot don't even take bets on it.

Ya crazy huh.
Got in like 1 am Fri., a one last ditch effort.
Got in and placed picks. Then I realized I wasn't in the group.
Thought I did it already but must not of. Probably did it wrong? Then I couldn't get back in the group. Tryed like an hour and quit.
This morning I got up like 5 or 6 and thought what the heck, mite as well try again....So I did. I was using a 'D' in the password. (was doing log in from memory....nutz huh?)
So anyway I got in.
This is probably wrong to tell, but after all this I went back and changed my picks and included IKE!
"Never say Die" had to be an OMEN!

"Never say Die" was also agreat Black Sabbath song from the album after Ozzy left and went out on his own. Ronnie James Dio was the singer.

And my signature................don't worry about laughing at yourself, YOU GOT ME!

I'm glad you fought through it and made it in, just in the nick of time too! They should add our points in sometime this evening and we can see how everyone did today.

Hey Mallen Interesting that we managed to pick the exact 4 out of 49 and the fifth slot are brothers....I've got a feeling that the G-man is gonna let us down Sat but Casey is fixin to surge.....also expect Greg to get on some weight and move into the top 10 or better.

Looks like my Tennessee boys are doin what we do best, just need Ish and the BWS national champion to step it up the rest of the event. And its crazy how Bobby Lane and Chris Lane are tied for 6th

I should have gone with my gut instead of letting the predictions sway me. I was going to take either Evers or Defoe over Ike. There are still 2 days left though, a lot can change, especially in a tournament like this.
