Canada fishing
Hey guys,
I am going on only my second fishing trip to Canada and I was just wondering if anyone has any pointers on fishing the lakes there (Rocky Island Lake to be specific). The lakes that I usually fish are relatively shallow and from what I here most of the lakes in Canada are amazingly deep. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanx much!! |

Re: Canada fishing
In northern lakes, the bass and pike will be in the shallow weedy areas, as mentioned. Deeper in the lake during summer will be the trout and salmon.

Re: Canada fishing
Should I fish the same patterns as normal (ie. cranks and spinners in less dense weeds and plastics in the thicker weeds)?
Thanx for the replies! |
