Did you make it to Pickwick? Just wondering how it was since I'm heading up there today and have never been there.

There's an open seat this afternoon and tomorrow if anybody wants to go, launching out of Coleman S.P. I think. I have to travel early Monday morning so might as well take off today.

Man, this summer if you get an open seat I want to go. I actually hung topo maps on the walls of my room to motivate me to study harder, ever now and then I get up and walk over to the pickwick map and just look.

I sure plan to get back up there sometime this year. I'm going to traveling most of September but after that I'll let you know before I head back. It was 4 hours door-to-ramp for me with one stop for gas. The Victorian Inn in Iuka has a special rate for fisherman that was $43 or so (less than $50 with tax) and they had good parking with lots of power plugs. I'll stay there again when I go back. I'll post over in the braggin board about the trip.
