When I 1st log on, I fire up a am news station to get the latest news which takes just 10 min. Then I switch to WFAN a local NYC sports station for the latest in sports. If there is Yankee/Baseball talk, I'll stick with it till I've gotten the latest news and gossip. Could be a hour, could be all night. When it's music time I generally like easy listening Rock N Roll from the 60s right through to the present day.

Jimi - Voodoo Chile
it is playing on my White Stripes channel on Pandora. It's supposed to play similar music and just switched from Modest Mouse to Hendrix.
(not that I'm complaining about the mix)

I would argue that is not too off. Hendrix and Jack White are both heavily dependent on guitar - I would not be surprised to hear any blues or rock guitar hero on a White Stripes channel.

Modest Mouse could also be said to be like the White Stripes in regards to their "indie credentials".

PS, I was gonna bring Axis: Bold as Love to work tonight but forgot it.

I use pandora quite a bit. And I could agree with WTL on that one, I could connect Jimi and the stripes, and the stripes and modest mouse. I personally have trouble getting into modest mouse.

Todays lineup is Eric Church- Sinners like me
Corey Smith-Undertones
