Default Tender Tubes

I finally got it out of a buddy that only fishes tube baits on the lake he lives on,
I knew for years he always used a brown and green combo tube that looks like a craw, but today he slipped and told me about how better the 3 inch Tender tube did for him, the tip has a slight amount of full plastic, instead of being hollow .
He takes a 1/4 ounce jig head with no weed guard and pushes it almost all the way to the end, allows a small space from the lead to the tip to go over timber easier without hanging up...just a tip there I guess..
So many of us want to fish more tubes, but never get around to seriously taking the time and using it, I figured a tip about a salty tube bait like Tender Tube may get some of us out there and trying it out.
