Default What dose a person do?

Ok I'm bored, 17 degree wind chill and I can't fish because my shanty keeps sinking. So heres how I decided to spend my time....
You won a contest. The prize is a choice of two all expense paid trips. Airfare, food, drinks, activities, guided tours (you'll understand shortly) everything is paid for including the ride to the airport. You get an extra $1000 for incidentals. You can take family or if single 3 friends. If you have a significant other that person must agree and go with you. Now this is a major part of game so I will repeat it, IF YOU HAVE A SIGNIFIGANT OTHER THAT PERSON MUST AGREE AND GO WITH YOU! The answer is easy without this clause.
Here's your choices:

http://www.atlantis.com/accommodatio...eatlantis.aspx

Remember Atlantis has ocean fishing and Mexico has...............couldn't think of anything, oh Tequilia and Cartels!
So which trip do you choose and why?

Right now, you couldn't pay me to go to Mexico. As tattered and torn as it is, our Constitution protects us from the kind of mayhem and violence that is going on down there.

I would definitely be down with a few days of deep sea and wreck fishing.

I'm going to stay out of this thread but as mentioned I'm bored.
lilmule, you know it, it's been two days and I going crazy. I am not looking forward to this year. I always get jealous of bears this time of year.
nofearengineer, it's funny you mentioned that. The site talks about your safety this year. Never before.

I'm a big proponent of "buying away the boredom." Make it through the winter by spending money on fishing stuff you need (or simply want). I kicked it off today with about 10 bags of on sale plastics.

I'm not against Mexico or Bahamas. But like Handlebar I'm going this weekend, water temps @ 60-61+ air about the same. Not everyone can pick where they live, but I am glad to live in the south.

Ugh...it's going to be about 65 here, but 25 mph winds. Sounds like an afternoon of crawling the bank for me.

D** it! This thread was suppose to make everyone feel that they were missing out on something also, not make me feel even more discontent (just joking)! You ain't seen nothing yet, wait till January! Oh and I'll be out this weekend, hell I may even go Monday, I'll show you who's boss around here. Hey good fishing to all of you!

That would be easy for me. I would spend a week out west in a snowstorm skiing and snowmobiling (she does both as well). From there a week in Australia or the Bahamas. I wouldn't even think of going on a fishing vacation.
