Default winter project recessed tray for t/m

well i got bored so i broke out the welder and made a recessed trolling motor tray for my tracker. i think it came out pretty darn good.
here are some pics.

yes .i put a drain in the back end w/ tubing running down to the hull under the decking.....water will find its way to the transom for the bilge pump.

Its hard to tell from the pics but do you have the tray notched for the wires and cables from the foot control. I see that its a Motor Guide and you did a HELLUVE nice job. Nice enough maybe you wanna make another one for ole 1FASTLASER???? I dont have the spool gun or frequency box to weld aluminum yet.

That looks great, I'm not very mechanically inclined... Starting the snowblower is about the top end of my skills! Nice Job!

laser,
its made of steel....the actual tray is some galvanized sheet metal i had laying around i am not capable of welding alum YET! lol. the front of the tray is on a 45 degree angle. i'll post a pic of it in it's rough stage

Good job! I have a recessed tray on my Nitro and it makes a HUGE difference in comfort.
