Default 6' New GLoomis

Is 50 G Loomis Rods too many? My wife thinks so - so I am selling my never used rods. (Been on a five year buying spree time for rehab)

G-Loomis SJR722S GL2 Spin Jig Bass Rod Neptune Never used or reel mounted. Purchased rod 6-8 months ago and never used as mentioned. I dont know how to post a picture but you can go to Loomis's site and put in model number. I paid too much for it full retail at BP. Will take $175.00 with free shipping with insurance to lower 48. All others we need to find out how much and will only charge actual fees.

Hey man, I think you need to adjust your prices a little bit.

That rod only costs 155 new.

The rod is NEW! The price includes shipping and insurance. Thats 155 for rod and 20 for shipping and insurance. Not a full time selling store here and taking a loss on the rods. Again, please read the post and see that the rod is NEW

I unterstand that it has not been fished, but it's kinda like a car. once you drive it off the lot, the value depreciates.

155 plus 20 bucks for shipping... man, I love that 20 dollar free shipping.

If you meant to say 175 shipped, then you shouldn't have said 175 with free shipping.

I still think you need to adjust your pricing.

i would say 140 SHIPPED would be a decent asking price.

if youve got the money to buy 50 g loomis rods, that 35 bucks aint gonna hurt you too much

FYI-I work hard for my money. I have been working on collection for 5+ years. I am not about to give them away because I worked hard and have them. Why would you think I would not miss $35.00? Feel free to send me $35 if it has not value to you.

lol Cmorg, $65. oh, and Loomis rods have lifetime warranties.

I do think 130-140 shipped would be a better price. It is only a GL2. My dad bought one of his IMX rods for 115 shipped. It was used twice. I bought my 7' H Loomis IMX trigger rod for 140 shipped. Also used once or twice.

Do the lifetime warranties require receipt? or only apply to original purchaser?

No and no. Bassinbandit broke the tip on his, cost him $50.00 and he got a brand new rod. They send you the rod and a tube to send the broken rod back in. Not bad for a $225.00 rod.

lol goofball. You need to realize something, your rod is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If your so proud of it, then why you selling it? I'll give ya five bucks

Can we lock this thread? Not that anything in this particular thread is bad...it's just that I'm a perfectionist, and I figure the sooner every thread by Vegasspider is locked, the happier my tiny order-craving brain will be.
