I searched and couldn't find it anywhere so I'm sure you guys can find it.
I'm not sure but Ken may have posted the pic with the 'humped back' bass.

Anyway here's some info on the 'whys'.

Thanks for that link Joe I can definately rule out vitamin deficiency and malnutrition in this particular lake and since the fish I posted is the only one I've caught from that lake with the humpback out of several hundred over 7 years, I'm going with birth defect or physical injury as a fry or juvenile.
