Winter months fishing
How far south do I have to go from Winterpeg Manitoba Canada in order to fish Bass in Jan. or Feb.? oh yea open water

That depends on if you just want lakes that don't ice over or if you want great winter fishing with decent temps and conditions. South Texas would be my choice and Falcon lake would be great. The other option would be power plant discharge lakes anywhere in the midwest
