Default Dull gel coat on top portion of boat

What is the simple way to treat a dull gel coat? The boat's gel coat has no cracking...it's just really dull.

ok how about details like make, model, year,color,flake, ect...

what have you tried? have you buffed it, waxed it, mineral oil,baby oil,ect..

we can help but details are needed..
