whats your favorite way to wake bass uo when there not biteing????
i like to slow things down and use plastics.

Yup, wacky rigging a tiki stick is good. I also like sticking a roofing nail in a super fluke so it falls vertically and then almost, but not quite, deadsticking it.

I try downsizing, using plenty of scent products, and rattles.

I usually put the Tanning oil on and light up a Cuban Cigar... No i go with slower baits and scents also!

shakey heady jig worm!

put a floating worm on a 1/8 3/16 jig head and move it by lightly shaking the tip of the rod.

deadsticking a superfluke never fails and if all else fails their are always golf course ponds fish are never not active

So do Flyrod ! Last time we went(this past Saturday) all but one fish came on a wacky rigged 4" green pumpkin/chartreuse swirl Tiki.

ROTFLAMO!!!! Caught me off guard with that one bull. When it gets tough I go for the jig rod. Gets right into there bedroom.

Around my neck of the woods, your right about the worms and slowing down.
Perhaps use a smaller worm. Try and have as much sensitivety as possible. The bites may be very subtle. Maybe try the shady side of whatever it is that your fishing. We run into this quite often.

i have to agree this time with bassman30, the shade strategy is a very overlook aspect in angling...most of the fish I have targeted these last 3 weeks have all been under some type of timber or moss getting shade, and willing to bite!
