X-Rap

My son found a neat looking lure the other day. We "fished" it out, and it was one I had never seen. The only clue I had was that it was a Rapala and after checking out their website I determined that it was a 1/4 oz Glass Ghost X-Rap. It looks brand new, not a mark on it. I read up on it and it sounds okay, but I want your expert opinions...

My question is how to fish this lure and whether or not it is any good? Either way, for me, the price was right for a perfectly good lure in a color I don't have many of (white colored).

My son finds lures everytime we go anywhere even remotely related to fishing. He found me a Hula Popper once and also a slightly bent spinnerbait that is now fixed up as good as new. He has "lure radar" I think.
