I do beleive they work, I use alot of brands but smelly jelly crawdaddy & kick n bass garlic scent are my 2 favorite scents to use. Yum craw scent works very well, but the 2 previous stays on longer. I can give you a link if you are not familiar with smelly jelly brand. P N J

That MegaStrike stuff that Roland Martin uses seems to work great for me. It really stays on the bait well. I also like the Yum scents in a craw.

Catch em up

The Original Fish Formula. the original, and still the best.
Try the Magnum Formula. Stays on the bait a long time.
I use the Garlic, Crawdad, and Shad.

Well, I know you caught one on a JnP . Â*Bass, that is-not sure what you caught that step ladder on ;D.

Back to the original question-Kick 'N Bass garlic and crawfish. I just got some Carolina lunker sauce but haven't given it enough of a workout yet to offer an opinion.

I think Home Depot sells it (wd40) by the gallon. Used to be about eleven dollars. I put mine in a spray bottle for use.....no aerosol waste.

Apparently it does. I once watched a guy spray WD-40 on live minnows and proceed to load the boat with crappie. Go figure.

Yes they make a difference, even if it's to have the bass hold on for a fraction of a second longer, that's a difference I want. I use whatever I can find locally. Preferrably YUM(my favorite) products, and of course BANG since I can get both of those locally. I also have used and still use some Garlic Flavored cooking spray which seem to work just fine also, and a lot cheaper, from your local Supermarket.

Fish Formula is great for greasing up plastics and smells decent (I like the anise smell of Gamefish FF.)
