Good thing they don't fish together, they would throw all their stuff away. Just kidding.

I don't think casting ability has anything at all to do with forearm strength, it's all in how you snap your wrist. If you try to muscle a cast it definitely won't be a no splash cast, or an accurate one.

Oh, and not to get off of the subject of the original post, you can't go wrong with these jigs. click here....... http://www.basspro.com/servlet/catal...=SearchResults

And as far as jig trailers, in my opinion these are the best. Click here....... http://www.basspro.com/servlet/catal...=SearchResults

You can only get the jigs I have shown at Bass Pro Shop. I have had great success with this jig and trailer combo and if your parents can't drive you to the sporting goods store for some quality jigs, just order them on line from Bass Pro Shops. Here is a few photos of some bass I caught with the jigs I recommended............

And here is one my buddy caught on a jig on our fishing trip this weekend.........

Lonnie Stanely was a Pro. Not sure if he ever won a classic, but he was good. Had his name on some good jigs and spinner baits. I have some of his vibra shaft spinner baits, work great, wish I could find some more.

I really like Pj's Flipping jigs... www.pjlures.com
I match those with www.joesjigtrailers.com

The jigs have a wedged flat head and they stand up on bottom and they also have a mustad wide gap hook.
The trailers I am very partial too
