Default reel trouble

Guys how are ya'll doing? I haven't posted in a while,been a little busy.
Anyway I'm having trouble with this shimano cruxis reel I bought about a year ago. the problem is that the line distributer guide keeps getting stuck to one side while out fishing but only when its wet. When the reel is dry I can cast it out in the driveway all day without having this problem, but as soon as I hit the water with it it starts again.
I took the paul out of one of my older shimano reels and thought I had it fixed took it out fishing and wam, stuck again. I played with it out in the driveway today and no trouble. The reel only probably has less than 500 casts on it so I have a hard time beliving that the worm gear would be out,
it started this the second time I took it out.

What could be wrong with it?

Oh yea and I forgot to mention I bought it on a road trip out of state so theres no bringing it back to the store I got it from. so If I could fix it from home that would be nice. Right now its a $100 piece of trash. Does anyone know where I can get shimano reel parts.
Thanks!
