Saw something wild today
I was fishing the lake where I caught my pb. I was drifting down the bank casting a horny toad and saw about 50 yards ahead a giant bass do a baby duck. The bass came completly out of the water after she took the duck. I couldn't believe it. Gotta get one of those baby duck lures... As the toad was catching only dinks today.

Terry Baktsay I think thats how you spell his name had a article one time where he was using a bird lure.....that would be awesome to catch one on it.

Years back Glen Lau, who was a big-time underwater bass photographer, had an underwater video of an absolute toad hitting a baby duck-the duck escaped, but it was amazing to see.

I watched two big blue cats eat a line of ducks on the Potomac about four years ago.. The two big cats about 30 plus pounds got three of the ducks.. Mamma was pissed.

I did NOT open it. I'll bet it was the Screaming Mimi with all the sharp teeth and the skinned face. That thing startled the crap outta me several times.
Sometimes it's touted as "Jessica Alba Nude" and at other times as "Cute VW Commercial". On the bright side, it's nice that JB's old GF finally made it in show biz.  FR |
