I managed to have some really good luck this weekend. I ended up catching about 20 bass over the course of the weekend. The best part is I caught everyone of them off of your advice. I went and purchased some Trokar #5s i think different senkos all different brands and colors the winner by far ( caught almost 15/20 bass ) on strike king sweet tater pie 5 " senkos. All were caught with no weight simple hook and wacky rig. It worked amazingly well. I really appreciate all of the advice but as far as im concerned this is simply the best way to fish for me and its also extremely fun. I didnt catch alot of huge fish but i did manage to get a 4.5 pounder saturday and my personal best 5.3 pounder today. Thanks for all the advice as soon as i figure out how to post pics from my phone i will of my biggest bass.

That's awesome, congratulations! Senkos are a great bait to catch a lot of fish on. They are so versatile and simple at the same time.

fantstic!! a word though on measuring the fish, put the head where oyu got the tail buddy. close the mouth and squeese the tail for a more accurate measurement.

Correct reverse it close mouth can pinch tail together if necessary, the one thing I see very correct is that golden rule, most T use that to measure with, and all T anglers should the same as the T does.
Nice healthy fish. |

Another fun fact. A fish will almost always measure longer on one side than it will on the other.
