My brother Matt had such a good time at Wheeler he wants to fly in for another week of pure Dale fun.
Doc and I do make good impressions - don't we? Doc didn't say anything to me yet - funny, I have to read it here. Let's see I have to add a couple things to my list: chain, 3 cinder blocks, large zip ties.........................

On another note - Bryce pointed out that the place we're staying forbids gas cans on it's docks (or boats if you rent one), but I read the "RULES" and I didn't see anything about gas cans in our personal vehicle or at the cabins (OUTDOORS, of course) so I'm still planning on taking four, 5 gallon gas cans to refuel as there is no way I'll get by on a single tank of gas for the week. I will just pull my boat from the water and refuel at the cabin. I will not pay "marina price" for gas, so I'm hoping 75 gallons will get me through the week, if not I can always refill the gas cans off site.

Your approach does indeed appear to meet the letter of the law, Boogie.

I guess there will be no smoking allowed within 10 yards of Bruce's truck.

I'm gonna bring some Roman candles and take some pot shots at his truck, just to see how fast he can run....

How far is the closest gas station, I wonder? Depending on what they charge for gas at the marina, it might be worth the drive...

Y'know Daniel I just purchased a new revolver today (won't have it in my hands until Tuesday, what with the waiting period and all) and by May I shoud be pretty proficient with it.

With my little experience with purchasing gas at a marina, it runs 50 - 75 cents per gallon over street price. I find it hits the higher end of the limit when a particular marina may feel it has a "captive" clientel - I may be wrong, but that's the initial impression I'm getting from this place.

Bama, I'm sure we will have a good cookout (or two). I am going to go out of my way to try to catch some walleye so you can taste what fish is supposed to taste like.

I was about to go eat my PopTart breakfast, but now I think I've changed my mind. I'm afraid I couldn't choke it down...

I'm sorry, you'll need to speak a little louder. I can't hear you over the sound of my 2nd Amendment rights...

Plus, if I'm correct in my identification of the picture of it you posted, it's only a Judge...I don't have much to worry about.

You are correct. How long has it been since you heard that? Probably, like me, not since you said "I DO".

Anthony, how would you and your dad feel about swapping cabins with us? There's probably going to be 2 more people coming that would feel more comfortable rooming with John and Lisa. If it's ok with you, we'll take the 3 bedroom cabin and let you and your dad take the 2 bedroom.
