Absolutely. That mostly how I fish craws like that. I like the super speed craws, PB Chigger Craws too. I like working them with a pegged weight. And After I tried them recently, I really like the screw-on weights, you just gotta make sure the hook is far enough in the plastic to make room for the spring.

I fish them 90% of the time T-rigged. I also use them as a jig trailer. I've caught a pile of fish on that craw!!!

yeah def t-rig man , the big trick with the craw is to make it look a natrual as possible , try to mimick how they swim with short little pops and then let it rest I've also had luck with them as a jig trailer with the same kind of retrieve .

You can also use a wide gap hook....after Texas rigging or Texposing the hook, instead of using a bullet weight, clamp on a splitshot to the belly of the hook under the center of the soft plastic. This gives the bait a horazontal fall, a slower fall. Experiment with the size of the splitshot to get a slow fall and a more natural action range overall.
