Default going for nite fishing 8:30 and later

hey going tonite and tore between 2 bait, i will have a small head lamp and really dont wanna retie. would you go with a black popper with rattles or a tiny torpeado black and silver on bottom(or i can color with a black marker to make it all black) Also talking a black trick worm on a Ever shakeyhead jig head, and a buzzbait. My bro is taking a popper and a black wacky rigged senko. i am also torn between taking a bigh colorado bladed spinner, just dont wanna carry 4 rods shore fishing.

gimme the run down..

I'd go with the tiny torpedo and color it with a black marker since your bro already has the popper covered. This way you guys can work more lures and figure out a pattern faster.

Throw a big black worm, my opinion. But between the two topwaters, I would say whichever one you have more confidence in and know how to work the best. Two reasons behind this: in the dark, it can be pretty slow, so confidence will make you keep throwing it. And knowing how to work it, because obviously you won't be able to see it. And more so with walk the dog baits (spooks per say), people think they can walk the dog until they can't see the bait. If the baits are equal in both categories, go with the bigger of the two. (I night fish solely for HAWGS)
