what state are you in and what are you using for lure selection?
You may want to try a plastic worm

Welcome to the forum!

Give us a little more info-what is the pond like-clear, muddy, weeds, flooded trees, etc. that will help us point you in the right direction.

doesnt matter, fish a three hook worm in white with red spots. The Worm is a decent worm, but its poured straight. You can find those anywhere. I sell a better version, but like i said, you can find ThE WORM local.

LONG LONG casts , so far that they cant see you. if they see you, they arent going to bite, thats pretty common of early season bass fishing.

Small Spinner Baits in white or white and chaurtuse, Boohya Makes a really good one, small cranks, and things that look like crawfish and stuff, the color just needs to fit the pond
I caught about 10 bass on just this bait alone at a pond about the size of a football feild

used color 21

My vote would be for a weightless 4" fluke, senko or tiki stick rigged weedless. Just throw it out (best probably on lighter spinning tackle), let it sink a few seconds, then twitch, twitch, let it sink... repeat. I usually tear em' up at ponds, especially when I can see the fish looking at me.

Also, I agree exactly with what Rider said. Hopefully this pays off for you, let us know,

Jolly

I agree, most anglers don't mind telling you what they're using when they see the frustration you're going through.
