Cool Glasstream 211 Regatta Cruiser???

Hello! I have a Glastream 211 Regatta Cruiser -89. I imported the boat to Sweden from USA last year cause of the fact that here in ´Sweden this boat costs about 15 000 dollars. But my question´s if there´s anybody who knows anything about this boatmodel or perhaps maybe owns one.
My boat got 4,3l Mercruiser, Bravo 1.
I´m interested in everything about this boatmodel so if there´s somebody who might know, please contact me. JC

the 211 regatte is a 21 foot water ski hauler/party barge-and i do mean barge- the bravo 1 is the " heavy lifter" of the bravo family not geared for speed but will do ok and tops out about 50's with that boat.-am i right?- 4.3 moter is basicly the same as a car moter with few exceptions the fuel pump, starter, and atlernater are "marine sealed" other than that it is basicly a gm-i think- moter. not sure about the laws in sweden the us laws require the marine sealed units attached. check in to local laws for this info.. frankly the only sweden i would like to meet is the sweddish bikini team

You hit the nail on the head on just about everything. I have NO idea about swedish laws other than I do like swdish women. The 4.3 is the V6 motor tha GM makes. Its the largest of the V6 motors that they do make. Power gains on this motor are possible without laying out alot of money. The Bravo1 lower or outdrive on this boat is the standard unit that come with Mercruiser I/O's. There are others but the cost goes up. The reason you have a Bravo outdrive is the regatta is a heavy boat and the Bravo 1 has the heavy bearing carrier therefore it lasts longer on heavier boats. Its kinda like you can have a standard lower unit on a outboard or you can get the Sportmaster or the Torque master. All depends on the weight and horsepower of the boat you trying to push as to which model you need to get .

you put a sport master on the tater chip weight boats in case you were wondering. tourque master on the extremely heavy blue water boats-mostly on boats over 30 feet.. bravo 2-3 are your hot rod lowers for inboards.. the 3 is for v-8 use only commonly found on donzi's and fountain boats..
god help ya if you ever have to change a starter in that moter in them boats. in fact i rather be shot, stabbed, and dismembered be fore i do it again.,.

actually you could get a volvo pentrx inboard lower in sweden for 1/2 a merc lower -the entire lower will bolt up..

Its the boat I dont have any info about? The thing is, wen I bought the boat I thougt it was a GLASTRON, yea, I now, crazy!
