Default I need a little advice

Ive got this lake by my house and there is all kinds of growth right below the surface across the whole place. What would be the best choice to go with for bait?

If it is right below the surface, I would try a buzzbait or a popper to calll them out, If that fails, t- rig a plastic.

Welcome to the forum!

If it is right below the surface I would use a weightless soft plastic like a Zoom Super Fluke or a Tiki Stick, a spinnerbait retrieved right below the surface, a buzzbait, or a weightless frog pulled across the top.

Bring it back so the blades are making a bulging wake on the surface. I've had them try to tear the rod out of my hands doing that.
