Default Jigs using non lead product

What material is best to use for non lead jigs? Need to pour up some 1/100 oz jigs. don't know anything about other non lead materials. Curious about melting temps and how difficult to get them powder painted.

I've only ever used lead but I believe the best alternative is bismith-tin which is 75% as dense as lead and melts at less than 300*F: http://www.rotometals.com/product-p/...t281alloy1.htm
