Default copolymer and fluoro

i know they are 2 different lines with different qualities. but for most applications is it safe to say that most people switched over to just fluorocarbon for alot of applications or are guys still using copolymer or mono? i know it has less stretch and they claim less visible under water. is the line visibiity that important?

i personally don't think that line visability is that important, at least not all the time. however there are situations on clear highly pressured lakes that i think line visibility can be an issue. that isn't why i use flourocarbon though, i use flourocarbon mainly on jigs and texas rigs and other slowly worked bottom baits where a powerfull hookset is needed because i like the very low stretch in flourocarbon lines. i use copolymer on my crankbaits because i don't seem to have as much trouble with it getting frayed as flourocarbon when i am digging a bait into the bottom. i have considered going to braid on one or two of my jig rods to see how i like it but not sure if i will do that or not, i tried it a long time ago and didn't care for it when it came to casting but braid has come a long ways since then. i do use braid on my flipping stick and when throwing a frog but have also used flourocarbon on my flipping stick in some cases such as clear water and sight fishing when not around cover. mono is all i use for topwater and i also use mono from time to time on crankbaits and spinnerbaits. not sure if this answers your questions or not but i hope i helped.
