what knot do yall use for a jerk bait? and what is yalls favorite jerk bait?

Lots of them or good. Zoom flukes are my favorite, they've caught more fish for me than any thing else.

palomar knot regardless of bait, never comes untied, its completely self contained so your line will break before the knot comes untied.

I use a palomar knot on powerpro line and it hasn't broken on me yet!
Hard - Rapala Husky Jerk, X Rap, Rogues
Soft - Zoom Superflukes, and Bass Assassin's

Palomar here as well, I prefer silver black back husky jerks, HJ 10's and 12's as far as jerkbaits.

I use a loop knot for x-tra action or "maximum" action on the bait. Early in spring I use the palomar to kill or soften the action.

i use the rapala knot and the improved clitch Knot

hard baits Husky jerk, reble minnow

soft, SLUGOS

nothin beats them up in Canada

i use a coast locke swivel with a polmar knot. x-rap,lucky craft,deep rouge.

weightless zoom super fluke.

Basstech thanks for the info on the loop knot. I've thought about using it but my knots are always embedded into the plastic. Also what about small lead head jigs on flukes. Thats what we use for trout here.
