Default Now the Quantums are only $100!

Well, Cabela's has a sale for Quantum Tour PT's and they're $100. I'd love to buy some, but I'm in the process of saving for something else. Since, they've discontinued them, do you think I could buy a new one from eBay for $100 in the future?

So basically I'm asking how pricing works...does it go down a lot when there is a discontinuation of reels, or does it go up because there are no more to be bought in stores?

Thanks.

Most cases... Goes up. way up.

When all our salt stuff got stolen, we looked on Ebay to rebuy some Penns. What used to be 130 reels turned into 250 dollar reels.

I depends on how popular the reel was I guess. If it was a crappy reel, then it probably won't effect it. If it was very good and very popular, the price will definately go up. I'd buy a couple form Cabela's and sell them later for profit.
