Default Lake Cumberland, Ky

Does anyone fish this lake on regular basis? I have fished this lake a lot over the years, but have not had much luck. I am wonder when/where/how do you catch bass consistenly there.

Its mostly a crappie and striper lake, bass are hard to find at cumberland.
If ya do go though, the striper bite with live shad is top notch!

My folks have a place at Conley Bottom, I have been going there for years. I have done a lot of crappie and striper fishing. I agree it is top notch. I have never been out on my own on this lake before, and had to rely on my father to take us places. He doesnt analize the lakes like I do. Im sure that next opportunity I get to analize the lake a little closer and figure things out I can get on some bass. I have caught several but they were off the bank. Im in the military now and I dont get the opportunities to fish there as often as I like. I was just seeing if anyone knew of any good info to pass on.

I worked with a guy that bought a resort down there years ago, and its well known for stripper, I am not sure if smallmouth are in it or not...still plenty of sporting fish to go after
