Try asking area boat dealers, alot of guys will mention they are in a club when they take the boat to the shop..or..

start going to a nearby big lake at 6 a.m. on a sat. or sunday and see if there are bass clubs prefishing or a tourney, or if you're on the water and see a jacket or shirt with a bass club, ask if they will take a new member on..almost all will send a regular member out with ya to see if you are good enough, then just show up to meetings and get used to being either a boater or nonboater in the draws, plan on tournament fees,
gas and road expenses..usually every member can either go or pass on a tourney, most are like the rest or us here and jump at every chance to fish at a dif lake or river.
They may expect you to participate in enviromental cleanups, or road or lake clean ups like once a year.
Best way I know to get better or prove yourself and take their money is in a bass club, some are highly competitive.

Try checking with your local Fish & Game service or contact Pennsylvania's wildlife managment, every club that holds tournaments is required to register with the state and they should have a list of clubs in your area.

Head down to the MD Bass Expo next weekend and ask around. Should be able to find a few PA boys at that show. Then you have the Harrisburg show coming up soon.

If you don't have a local Jr. club then form your own. Just need an adult sponsor, club President, TD, and Sec/Treas and $20 and you've got yourself a club.
