I have no idea about an Ugly Stik Prolite, never heard of it. Is there any chance you were think of the Lightning Rod Prolite?

The Ugly Stick graphites are just too expensive. Arent they like 70 bucks a pop? If I'm gonna spend that much on a rod I'll get a brand other than Shakespeare.

is lite just for finesse, and medium-heavy is for casting heavier lures?
