Guntersville is a great choice for the Classic. Birmingham is pretty far from the lake though. Seems like a long way to travel for weigh ins and the Expo.

Yeah, B'ham is a couple of hours from Guntersville, but it's the closest city that has the facilities to handle that kind of a crowd.
But the good news is, our buddy Bama ain't nearly as far away. Draw a straight line down from either the R or the T in "Fort Payne," and stop about halfway to that lake, and there's his house.

Bama's house is gonna look like its thanksgiving or somethin with all then people, haha. Might have to try to make it to that one, they are way too much fun (Monkey loves em too).

I'm glad for John and the economy up there, but I don't really like the mega tournaments. I'm not certain that tournaments are good for aspects of the sport of fishing. But that is another topic for another day, I suppose.
