Thanks everyone!
Cranks have been a weak part of my fishing arsenal. I have had my drag set rather tightly on them. I suspect that this explains why I don't catch too many on them. I guess I will be adjusting the drag today.

i set mine so that it won't pull drag on hook set and no heavier..
