Default Fishing reel handles

Hey guys any of you guys see the reel handle that Byron uses on Basscenter? It has camouflage tips on his reel handle. Anyone know
where you can get those? Won't make you a better angler, but wow,
they look good. Already checked Ebay and google searched, but couldn't find anything.

http://www.reelgrip.com/ This is what he had on his reels, actually a grip cover in camo color . Funny, he is sponsored by Shimano and on that show he was using Okuma reels ? P N J

Sort of related, but anybody know the best place to get the entire handle for a Shimano Symetre spinning reel?

Bender,

try calling shimano direct (don't have the number off the top of my head). The handle on my stradic got bent, called them and they shipped me one for free. And yes, I told them it was bent due to my own negligence.

My reel grips came in last week and I've used them twice. I LOVE EM. These things are great. I swear they are worth the $5.

I bought two sets (red camo, green camo). I love them and considering buying new handles for my quantum 650's so I can fit them on those two as well. The 650's handles are too small, so I need to buy some "power handles" for them. But, PNJ, if you buy them you will be hooked also and will buy a set for every reel you have, trust me.

Other than looks, what advantage are they from stock handles, if any?

yes they fit over your existing handles. The only problem is they have to fit what I call "power handles" (the larger flat sided handles) They wont fit the smaller handles. The advantages are comfort, increased sensitivity (don't know how, but there website stated so and now I'm a believer) and just overall cuts down on fatigue. Being out on the water all day power fishing casting over a thousand casts, your fingers tend to get a little sore. Not any more. For $5 its worth a try.
