It's supposed to be a thread fin shad, that thread on it, just makes it look a little more real!

I got mine on Monday, it was a blue back hearing one, so, it had no thread!

btw what color was yours?

Hmmm let me think...It's a the stringy green, or sometimes red, orange, or even yellow thing...

Come on you guys, We all know that swim bait looks SO real, that is has to have a Sting of Poop hanging from it, like a real fish would.

"Oh yes i did...!"

ummm is just attached to the fin or does it go to to the base of the swimbait?? or does it look like it might be an accident that happened at the factory??

Threadfin shad have a little thread like fin in that spot, hence the name. The design for the 4 inch by spro was threafin, so they mimicked the fin.

Got ya, found some pics. They could've done a little better job with it though.
