I saw a picture of a guy with a fish a few years ago. The fish looked small for the stated size. The guy was 6'8" tall. This kid may be big, may not.

The state record for texas is 18 pounds 2.88 onces and the reporter stated it was six pounds off the state record....add 6 pounds to 17.8 pounds and you get 23.8 pounds...and the world record is 22.4 pounds... Obviously they did not know what they were talking about.....
