Default Hey Everybody!!!

Well I had to take a break from the site for awhile there were to many meatheads posting and it kinda burnt me out. But with Spring fever setting in I checked the boards out again and it sorta looks like when I first signed up. I gotta say a few things though.

1. Lizards I take it you ran off to the land of big fish. So I guess we're not goin to Newton this year? Anyway I hope you took all the fishin lessons I gave you and put them to good use. J/K I hope everything turned out good for you on the stuff you were battling in IN. and you're having the time of your life.

2. To all the guys I already gotten to know a bit (Tom, Zooker, WTL, Reb. etc..) Glad to see you're all still here.

3.To the new folks. Look forward to getting to know you.

4.Last but not least. To anyone that lives in New York state. Shimano is by far the best reel on the market. Not only that, it was shear marketing genius to drop the Citica from their line, paint the old Curado silver then call it a Citica, then make a totally new reel charge $100 more and slap the Curado name on it.

ILL, You know I have often wondered what happened to you.I bought 2 curados, think I got them swapped out for a Daiwa millionaire reel.I sold all of my Daiwas but my 3 oldest that they don't make anymore.I was wrong and won't make the same mistake twice. P N J

Yeah I bought a wide 16' jonboat last spring. But It's far from ready to fish. I didn't like the way the guy had it decked so I tore the thing down to the hull. I'm making it a major project becuase I know if I just make it good enough to go fishing I'll never get it the way I want it.

Yeah I live pretty close to Rend. Man that lake is on a major comeback.

IL,

Yeah I moved to HEAVEN The bigguns like it down here, and so do I. Nope the crap in Indy turned from bad to worse, so I aint coming back, except to get my other tackle But I might fish with you again, only if you are limited to a Lizard, and I get to use your crank Still have the one you gave me, and fish it as much as any crank I use. Come on down, we'll fish down here. I might still go to Newton with ya, still got family in Indy, and in St Louis, so we may hook up for another day of laughs and fishing. Glad your back, and the MEATHEADS are still here, just new names

Glad to see you back Il!

You would be correct about lizards. He has surpassed us all in both skill and location, the result being the pics you have seen. Unreal.

I would like to believe that, but I know better. There are too many great fisherman here, and other places that I don't even compare too. Like I said ealier, I was blessed, and have had a lot of opportunity to fish. If I EVER think I know it all, please shoot me

Asking an honest question is what this board is about.
