trying to sleep before morn. fishing

Trying to sleep before fishing in the morning is a living nightmare...MY GOD!!!.Went to sleep at 9:40pm woke up
at 12 am and right before I woke up ,in my dream I was fishing pitching to some lay downs.woke up again at
1 am started to think about the lake. fell asleep and woke up about 5 more times : THANK GOD for COFFEE!
anyway I must be getting ready to leave it is 4:07am

well im up and about for some fishin myself....didnt get to sleep till 2.....so i have only had 2 ours of sleeep :-X good luck today.... 8)

I finally decided that until I get older and more used to going to sleep around 10 I would have to take sleeping pills the night before I go fishing. The alternative was I would on average stay up until at least 3 in the morn and get out there with 1 - 2 hours sleep.

I never seemed to have a problem with sleeping unless I was in a tournament.

We got 7 today and the morning flew by, going back to the lake sunday for some 5-who knows when action in the morn..
probably wont sleep good either but thats all part of the game 8)

never had a problem sleeping -yet- but i have been getting up at 3 am so long that i am used to the early am days. i get up go to work to dream about fishing -hey who don't-

Glad to see I'm not the only one. Since I was a kid I haven't been able to sleep the night before I was going fishing. It makes no difference whether its a tournament or a day at the stock tank, I wake up all night long, checking the clock, so I don't miss the best fishing of the day.

thats how it is...i also do it when i am going duck hunting 8) what i end up doing tho is falling asleep on the way there...so i catch up on some sleep....
