Default Altimate Lure Saver Split Rings

Has any one ever used these split rings that straighten out when your snaged so you don't loose lures? If so, do they work with out loosing fish, and what size do you use? I was thinking about trying these on a few higher end cranks, and jiging spoons. They are expensive ( 8 dollars for 6) but I figured they would pay for themselves. Good fishin

if they work right then i can see where they would pay for themselves really quick.......but i haven't used them because i was kinda scared of them not working right and like you said, losing fish.

You might try going to tackleunderground.com (website of custom lure makers). I know a lot of guys were discussing about using those on their own work. I know there have been several threads on that subject so I would first search through the threads regarding the subject.
