Default Good fishin books

Just wondering if anybody has read any good fishing books since the weather turned cold? I am just about to finish Tom Mann's Biography "Think like a fish", this is an interesting read. He lived a very sucessful and eventful life. If anyone has read anything good feel free to let us know ;D.

I do have a B.A.S.S. Advanced Bass Fishing Skills. I like this publication, because it tells you about the Best Lures, Techniques and Presentations. It's more of a learning Guide rather than a book.

Lizards,
Cool, as long as you got something out of it then I would consider it a useful tool ;D.

i read sport fish of freshwater, its not a bass book. it pretty much ID's fish and tells the fishes range in the U.S. and where to fish for them. it also tells the food value and game quality. i read it mainly to get an idea of all the fish and so i caqn know what kind of fish i might come across.

Tom,
I read "Caught me a Big 'Un" last winter, I thought it was a pretty good read. You should check out some of Larry Larsen's books from his bass library. I just recently read Larry Larsen's "Tips and Tactics for Big Bass", very informative. Another must read is Bill Murphy's "In Pursuit of Giant Bass", Bill is a legend when it comes to catching huge bass.

One of the greatest smallmouth fisherman ever, Billy Westmorland wrote a book called "Them Ol' Brown Fish". He talks about fishing for smallies in Dale Hollow in Tennessee.
