Default that tima of year again

it is spring -finally-time to break loose that rusty rotor cuff joint before you spend the day fishing and the following night in agony. rotor cuff strenthing is #1 not easy and #2 if done right helps you ablity to fish 10-12 hours straight with out pain.

to start with you will need a cinder block or a basket ball-told you it was good for something-in push up position place your left hand on the ball pushing upward when at full height-of the push up- continue the right hand upward till your right hand points at the ceiling. keeping your back straight and not bending your knees. after 5-8 reps switch arms and repeat.

what and you thought i spent 8 years in collage learning how to speed tap a keg??

8 YEARS IN COLLEGE. I guess we should just refer to you as Dr. Zooker.

In all honesty I thought that you dropped out after the 7th grade. My error.
