Default Get out or sit out

I went out to my local reservoir a few times this winter (when there was no ice) and motored around. The water was at winter pool and I gps logged like 25 awesome pieces of structure that I will hit later this year, I can't believe that I haven't done this before! I am quite sure that I will be catching more bass in the year to come.

Yeah that is a lot of times the way to do it. Sometimes its hard to find a lot of the stuff even with a graph.

yeah sometimes the pros will talk about how all they do is motor around for a day..... i once saw a thing when Timmy Horton was showing how he finds those ultraproductive shell beds.... he says its boring but they can really pay off

Actually when the lake is low and you can find new structure that you didn't know about, it can be really exciting. This year at the lake we have found new gravel points, boulders and stumps that I had no idea were there, to me in the past they looked like bear banks...if the water is up this Thursday I'll have to show Woody our new found stuff
