Default Fishing boat launch

Hey guys tomorrow i want to go try to fish a boat launch .It has a lot of boats going in and out,the water is brackish usually im able to see about a foot an a half down there are for docks the bottom is cement up until u get past the dock, the very last dock on the left the botton is mudd. I i wanted to know you guys would try. i was throwing a cast net when i had a pole sitting in the water (the bait was shrimp i was catfishing) and when i pulled the net up i had caught a 2 inch long baby bass. later on that day i caught a blue catfish.I want to know wat you guys think about it and wat i should try thorwing.

I'll always hit a boat ramp. There is usually a hole scooped out at the end of them from boats powerloading and offloading. I have actually caught bass casting right into the propwash of a boat loading.

What have you got to lose?

for the boat launches that iv fished, the best thing for me are crank baits and spinners.

sunday morning is the best time to work boat docks especially if the weigh in a tourny at this launch. think about it...... ya shove a bass in to a live well all day with nothing to eat .. then release it at the launch area. first thing a bass will do is find structure-the hole-a stump pile. ect.. fishing this the first thing on sunday morning means they are ready to eat..and will hit almost any bait .. it is always worth the time to fish the launch area. remember they are releasing big bass here very few dinks will be in this area. if ya catch a bass it will more than likly be a good fish..
