Default help water on spark plugs

I noticed my boat running like crap lately. The other day it was idling really rough. When i took the lid off i noticed a spark plug wire off.So i brushed it off as being a loose spark plug wire.Well it did it again. So i replaced the spark plugs.Well it ran like crap again today and not much power. So after loading my boat. I removed my spark plug and the bottom plug was wet with water not a lot but wet enough to still look new.The other two was dry as can be.Also i noticed where the exhaust is at.It seems to be spraying water out of there. The motor is a 1989 yamaha pro 50 .Someone please help

Hey zooker if i had water in my fuel. Wouldn't that make all the plugs wet not just one?

Ok the reason i was thinking it was water in my fuel is because it happened when i stopped and fueled up on the lake. And when i take my plug out its only a mist of water not alot

Its about a pin drop on the tip and a little moisture on the inside.
